Refund policy
All physical products bought from our online shop may be returned within 28 days for a refund or exchange. Our policy lasts 28 days. No refund or exchange can be offered to you in the event that 28 days have elapsed since your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@iperartika.com. Once your return is received to Maria Vallverdu, Address: Werkstraße 422/3/15, 2013 Göllersdorf, Austria and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. The buyer will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Each item is created in studio and every effort is made to ensure the highest quality. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we can issue you a replacement or a refund less shipping costs.
If your order has been damaged during postage or delivery, please contact us directly to arrange a replacement or refund. Photographic evidence of the damage caused on delivery may be required.
Customs Charges
In the event that items shipped outside of Austria incur additional fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, or customs charges, the buyer is responsible for their payment should they occur. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
